Diced Frank Hots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 skinless franks, diced to 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
12 frankfurter rolls, split
3 Tbsp. green onions, minced
3/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 lb. (about 1 1/2 c.) sharp cheese, cut into 1/4 or 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put 1/3 cup mixture in each roll and wrap rolls in foil, twisting the ends tightly. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Place on grill or in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot in wrapping. Serves 12.
