Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
1 or 2 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes, cubed
Preparation
-
Cook onion in oil until clear.
Add beef and brown.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Add broth and cook until tender. Add potatoes and cook until done.
