Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
4 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and
margarine until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown.
