Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    2 c. turkey, diced
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with 1 crust; combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into crust; seal with second pie crust.
    Brush with egg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
