Pineapple Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground lean fresh pork
2 eggs
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. catsup
8 pineapple slices, drained
Preparation

Mix together ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, milk and catsup. Divide meat mixture into 9 equal parts.
Shape into patties.
In shallow 13 x 9-inch baking dish, form a long roll alternating 1 patty and 1 pineapple slice, starting and ending with meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Prepare Spicy Glaze used to baste. Bake 1 hour longer, basting every 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
