Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lg. can hominy
1 small can chopped green chilies
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until browned on top.
