French Toast Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. canned milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    French bread or Texas toast
Preparation
    Boil together butter, corn syrup and brown sugar for 1 minute. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and put the caramel mixture in bottom. Slice French bread about 1 inch thick or use Texas toast.
    Put slices close together on top of the caramel sauce.
