Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1/2 bay leaf
    pinch of thyme
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    3/4 lb. diced ham
    3/4 lb. crab meat
    3/4 lb. diced sausage
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 pkg. frozen okra
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute first 7 ingredients in margarine.
    With shortening and flour, make roux.
    Add roux slowly to sauteed vegetables.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook for 45 minutes.
