Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 links Italian sausage
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Remove skin from sausage and fry until browned.
    Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
    In a large bowl, combine sausage with all the other ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Serves 8. Freezes well wrapped in foil in serving size wedges.
