Potato Salad And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. vinegar
8 potatoes
3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimientos
3 or 4 chopped homemade sweet pickles
celery seed to suit your taste
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, mixed with 1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Cook potatoes in saltwater until done. (I cut potatoes in cubes so not to cook too long.) Drain; let stand until cool. Add remaining ingredients. Then pour cooked dressing over and mix well. Sprinkle paprika on top.
