Coconut Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 c. firmly chopped nuts
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. rum or use 1/2 c. water and 1 tsp. rum extract
    10x sugar
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts in bowl.
    Stir in milk and rum.
    Mix well. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
    Drop from tablespoon into bowl of 10x sugar to coat.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Roll again in sugar just before serving.
