Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices white bread
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Spread bread with butter cubes.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place bread in bottom of dish and sprinkle with crumbled sausage.
Top with shredded cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
Beat well and pour over cheese. Chill at least 8 hours.
Remove from fridge and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
