Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can loosely packed hominy, drained
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    spring onions, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
    8 oz. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Combine all.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Drain before serving with tortilla chips.
