Shrimp-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium fresh shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Boil shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes; drain and rinse.
    Peel shrimp and chop.
    Combine cream cheese, shrimp, horseradish, lemon juice, onion and liquid smoke.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a ball and chill. Combine pecans and parsley.
    Roll cheese ball in pecan mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
