*Aunt Esther'S Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sauerkraut
    1 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash sauerkraut well and drain.
    Chop celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Keeps for several days in the refrigerator.
