Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/16 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Remove the skin from the fish if desired.
    Crush the soft bones and miscellaneous with the oil and flaked salmon.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter and bake until firm and brown.
