Fruit Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 cooking apples, peaches or other fruit
    lemon juice
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of ginger
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    2 c. flour
    1 stick margarine or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Filling:
    Slice fruit in a deep dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, 2/3 cup of sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
    Dot with butter.
