Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened margarine
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light; beat in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool slightly before removing from pan. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
