Italian Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. raw zucchini, cut 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced, drained
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in salted water until tender-crisp.
    Drain and set aside.
