Cabbage Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced carrots
3 c. water
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine vegetables, seasonings and water.
Cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until tender.
Add milk and bring just to a boil. Add butter and serve.
