Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
    1/3 c. Milk
    3 tbsp. Sugar
    2 tbsp. Vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) Pimentos (juice too)
    1 Egg
    1 c. Mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat cheese and milk until blended. Add sugar, pimento, vinegar and egg.
    Cook about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise. Refrigerate.
