"Liz'S Winey Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    12 oz. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 small bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet.
    Add chicken and brown on all sides.
    Remove chicken and set aside.
    Add remaining butter; melt.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms; cook until wilted.
    Add chicken broth, wines, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, curry and paprika.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat until tender (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
    Serves 4 to 6 adults.
