Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. old-fashioned oats
2 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Cream the margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in oats, coconut and butterscotch morsels. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
