Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Durkee famous sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. toasted almonds
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise, Durkee, salt and pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread potato chips over top.
Spread almonds, then cheese. Return to oven long enough to melt cheese.
