Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 can pie filling (any flavor you desire)
Preparation
    Mix 1/2
    cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Grease and flour 9
    x
    13-inch
    pan.
    Sprinkle
    half
    of
    cinnamon-sugar mixture in bottom of pan.
    Save rest for top.\tBeat sugar, oil and eggs together.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.\tPour half of batter over sugar-cinnamon mixture in pan.
    Spoon 1 can pie filling over batter,
    then add rest of batter and sprinkle top with rest of sugar-cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
