Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. boiling water
1 stick margarine
1 c. long grain rice (Minute rice)
1 large chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water.
While cubes are dissolving, melt margarine in skillet.
Add rice and onion and brown.
Remove from heat and add green pepper, bouillon and mushroom soup.
Place in deep baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until thick.
