Mardi Gras Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. mixed candied fruit
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. very finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend butter, cream
    cheese,
    sugar
    and
    vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time,
    and beat well after each addition.\tSift dry ingredients together and
    add
    to batter.
    Combine 1/4 cup flour with fruit and
    pecans.
    Fold
    into batter.
    Pour into a Bundt pan which has
    been
    greased
    and sprinkled with 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
