Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. tomatoes, washed, peeled and chopped (about 8 c.)
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (optional)
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in 6-quart pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; boil gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon into jars; seal.
    Boil in hot water for 15 minutes.
