Budget Hamburg Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or turkey
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 c. corn flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry chuck or turkey, pepper and onion together; take off grease.
    Mix egg with catsup, water, sugar, dry mustard and vinegar.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Then add corn flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve on rolls.
