Pecan Pie #5 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. melted butter
1 c. pecans
1 pie crust
Preparation

Beat well the eggs, salt and brown sugar.
Add white syrup vanilla, melted butter and pecans.
Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 370\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Do not open oven until done.
