Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 well ripened avocados
    1 whole grated onion
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    juice of 1 large lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados; add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve on tortillas with shredded lettuce and cheese or use as a dip.
