Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, sliced carrots
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    herb flavored bread stuffing mixed with some butter
Preparation
    Cook
    carrots
    in
    salt water.
    Drain.
    Meanwhile, cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and carrots.
    Place
    in
    greased 2 quart casserole.
    Toss bread stuffing
    with
    melted butter and spoon over top of carrots. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
