Bacon Cheddar Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bring milk and margarine to boil over medium heat.
Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.
Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Can be frozen.
To reheat, bake 5 to 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
