Ingredients

1 pkg. Stella D'Oro Anginetti cookies
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Cut cookies in half.
Whip together softened cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Add partially drained pineapple; mix well.
Place tops of mixture on cookie bottom.
Place lid on top.
Refrigerate.
