Baked Millet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. washed millet
    2 c. vanilla soy milk or add 2 Tbsp. vanilla to plain
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. medium coconut
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart baking dish that has been oiled.
    Cover with lid.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 overnight for a breakfast treat.
