Apple-Cinnamon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large apples, sliced
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice apples into a 9 x 9-inch square pan. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and salt. Cover the apples with the flour mixture. Mix cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
    Sprinkle over the dough. Sprinkle 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are cooked and top is lightly browned.
