Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. (2 sticks) margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine over low heat; add vanilla.
    Combine sugar and cocoa in large bowl.
    Add cheese and margarine mixture to sugar and cocoa.
    Blend well until lumps are smooth.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Spread into pan.
    Place in refrigerator to cool.
