Caviar Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped small
    1 c mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 oz. jar caviar
Preparation
    Mix eggs, mayonnaise, anchovy paste and Worcestershire sauce together.
    Add gelatin mixture.
    Fold in caviar.
    Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
