Strawberry Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 c. (heaping) chopped and mashed strawberries

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large bowl of mixer.
Beat until mixture stands in stiff peaks.
Makes a large bowl almost full. Good served on angel food or pound cake with a blob of whipped topping on top.
