Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    5 egg yolks
    5 beaten egg whites
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks.
    Add salt, nutmeg, vanilla and milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 350\u00b0 in unbaked pastry. Makes 2 pies.
