Tuna Gravy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine or meat drippings
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 can tuna
    1 pkg. biscuits (10) or toast
Preparation
    To make gravy, mix flour with melted margarine or meat drippings.
    (If mixture is not smooth and moist, add more margarine or meat drippings until consistency is right.)
    Brown flour mixture, stirring constantly.
    Add milk all at once. Continue to stir constantly.
    Cook until smooth and thickened. Add tuna and simmer until bubbly.
    Serve over biscuits or toast. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
