Heavenly Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine, room temperature
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    8 oz. mixed candied fruit
    8 oz. red cherries, candied
    8 oz. green and red pineapple
    1 lb. chopped dates
    3 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut
    fruits
    into
    small pieces.
    Mix fruits, dates and nuts, then sprinkle with flour until coated; set aside.
    Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, allspice and nutmeg; set aside.
    Beat eggs
    until fluffy and light.
    Add sugar, margarine
    and
    vanilla; beat until fluffy and creamy.
    Stir flour mixture\tinto
    egg mixture;
    beat until smooth.
    Stir in fruit and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9-inch tube pan, spreading
    evenly.
    Bake in
    preheated 225\u00b0 oven slowly for 2 1/4 hours
    or
    until done. Cool pan on rack 30 minutes.
    Wrap in foil.
