Brown Sugar Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    7/8 c. sifted brown sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Set oven at 250\u00b0.
    Beat egg white very stiff.
    Beat in brown sugar gradually.
    Fold in nuts and vanilla.
    Drop on waxed paper over cookie sheet.
    When done, pull paper off onto wet tea towel for a few minutes, then remove cookies.
    Bake until done, may take 30 to 45 minutes.
    (When one can be lifted off waxed paper, it is done.)
    Recipe can be doubled.
