Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. Cheddar cheese (or your favorite)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles according to directions and place in casserole dish.
    Melt butter; add flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Add milk slowly, stirring often as it thickens.
    When thick, add 2 cups cheese and stir until melted.
    Pour cheese mixture over noodles and mix thoroughly.
    I sprinkle more cheese on top.
    You can add partially cooked vegetables or various meats to the mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
