Cider Waldorf Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apple cider or apple juice
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. finely chopped apple (1 apple)
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
    lettuce or parsley
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup apple cider or juice to boiling.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling cider.
    Stir in remaining cider or juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in apple, celery and pecans.
    Pour into a 3-cup mold or spoon into 6 individual molds.
    Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce-line plates.
    Serve with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
    Serves 6.
