Cobb Salad(Russian Dressing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crisp iceberg lettuce in bite size pieces
    2 c. crisp romaine in bite size pieces
    2 c. crisp chicory in bite size pieces
    6 pieces crisp-cooked bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. snipped chives
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in eighths
    1 medium avocado (3/4 lb.), peeled and sliced crosswise
    3 c. chilled, slivered and cooked chicken
    1 hard-boiled egg
    Russian Dressing
Preparation
    Just before serving, assemble salad.
    Place lettuce, romaine and chicory in salad bowl.
    Arrange tomato and avocado around edge of bowl.
    Mound chicken in center and sprinkle with bacon.
    Chop egg white and egg yolk separately; sprinkle decoratively, along with chives, over top of salad.
