Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Place cheese in blender until creamy.
    Add sugar and beaten eggs, then milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell (8-inch).
    Bake in hot (400\u00b0) oven for 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Continue baking for 20 minutes more.
