Fluffy Brandy Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, separated
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
3 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation

Beat egg white until frothy.
Add sugar gradually.
Beat until stiff.
Beat in egg yolk and salt.
Fold all into whipped cream and brandy.
Chill.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
