Squash And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 egg
    1 c. crushed crackers
    1 c. evaporated milk
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and slice squash; drain.
    Mix sausage, beaten egg, crackers, evaporated milk and 8 ounces of the cheese.
    Mix and pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle rest of the cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
