Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans baby shrimp, drained
1 1/2 c. celery and onion, chopped fine in blender
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften.
Break cream cheese up into undiluted tomato soup in saucepan.
Heat (stirring) until cheese melts. Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add celery, onions and shrimp to tomato mixture.
Add gelatin mixture; stir well.
Pour into 5 1/2 cup mold and refrigerate.
